We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:

A Cand.merc.(jur.) or Cand.jur. or an equivalent law degree (such as an LL.M. from another EU country)

It’s a plus if you have 1-3 years of experience at a law firm and/or as an in-house legal counsel ideally in a fast paced environment.

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, and you enjoy thinking creatively to identify solutions while working closely with various teams across the company.

Familiarity with international contracting processes and requirements.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex legal issues quickly and effectively.

Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain concepts to non-legal stakeholders.

A pragmatic and proactive mindset - you can identify issues and opportunities early and take initiative to resolve them.

A go-getter, optimistic attitude, and a desire to learn quickly while contributing to Lenus' success from day one.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

We encourage you to apply even if you don't tick all the boxes!

You'll be a valued member of our close-knit and dynamic legal team that is split between our Copenhagen HQ and our New York office. Our team is driven by curiosity, optimism, and trust. We take ownership of our projects and strive to always deliver with the highest quality, while effectively balancing speed and efficiency.
