Planet Pharma is partnered with a global leading science and technology organisation specialising in life sciences, diagnostics, analytics and applied markets (food, environmental, testing). Our client is currently hiring for a Field Services Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality field service, maintenance, installation, and validation for analytical instruments (AA, OES, ICP, ICP/MS, and related systems).

Provide on-site user training and technical support to customers, ensuring professional service standards.

Maintain accurate service documentation, manuals, and quality records in line with company and regulatory requirements.

Manage and maintain personal service tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory to the highest standard.

Collaborate with regional teams to plan and execute service tasks efficiently across the BeNeLux region.

Support overseas offices or customers when requested, ensuring consistent service quality across Europe.

Ensure compliance with departmental performance goals, quality systems, and safety standards.

Submit timely service reports, time sheets, expenses, and other administrative documentation.

Represent the company professionally, promoting customer satisfaction and reinforcing PerkinElmer's image and values.

Main Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in field service, maintenance, or a similar technical support role.

Proficient in English; good command of Dutch and/or French preferred.

Valid, clean driving license; willing to travel extensively across the BeNeLux region.
