HSBC Executive & Leadership Talent Acquisition (ELTA) is looking for highly skilled Leadership Talent Acquisition Partners to support multiple areas of our Business, including Group COO & Group CIO, International Wealth & Personal Banking, Corporate & Institutional Banking and Group Infrastructure (Functions & UK Business).

In this role you will:
+ Lead and manage the end-to-end hiring process of Leadership/Director level hires, including direct talent identification, sourcing, engagement, shortlisting and offer management.
+ Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing talent insights, market intelligence, guidance on talent acquisition best-practices and champion diversity-focused hiring strategies
+ Collaborate with dedicated research & intelligence teams and colleagues to identify and engage external and internal talent.
+ Develop and maintain a detailed view of internal and external talent landscapes, providing specialist insights to inform hiring and succession planning strategies. Build, nurture and maintain long-term talent pipelines for leadership hiring, leveraging external and internal networks.
+ Develop and deliver regular reporting on key Leadership/Director level hiring performance metrics to the Global Executive & Leadership TA Lead, and other stakeholders as required.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
+ Proven experience in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions for leadership / director level roles, including direct external search execution, in fast paced environments, either in-house or in leading executive search or recruitment agencies.
+ Experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire diverse talent.
+ Skilled in building and managing relationships with senior business leaders, acting as a trusted talent advisor to align talent acquisition efforts with business/organisational objectives.
+ Confident working in complex, fast-changing environments, using sound judgement and a practical, solutions-focused approach. Working with teams and stakeholders to get things done together at pace.
+ Have excellent communication and stakeholder skills with demonstrable ability to tailor both verbal and written content at an executive level.
