+ Take a leading role in our Consulting commercial Depreciation team, enhancing the financial performance of our clients’ properties

+ Work across a broad range of property sectors and projects including acquisition, new builds, fit outs and fixed asset register reporting

**About you:**

+ A QS or related degree/tertiary qualification

+ Commercial tax depreciation experience

+ AIQS/RICS membership (or working towards this)

+ Able to develop strong professional client relationships

+ Driven to further your career in this specialist niche sector
