Salary: $41,600 - $50,000

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Recruiter:

Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and managing applicant tracking systems.

Source candidates through online channels, job boards, and social media.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment reports.

Qualifications of the Junior Recruiter:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, HR, or Business preferred.

0-2 years of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience.

Internship or exposure to recruiting processes is a plus.

Full-Time
