They are currently seeking one or two skilled professionals to join their team in a Bookkeeper/Tax Accountant role. This position is ideal for someone with a solid accounting foundation and a desire to grow within a professional services environment.

Core Responsibilities:

Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger

Support month-end close processes

Perform bank reconciliations and manage document scanning, entry, and filing

Assist with tax preparation, audits, and compliance documentation

Target Qualifications:

2+ years of accounting experience

Experience with tax processing for small businesses or similar entities

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Experience with QuickBooks or Drake software is a plus
