Senior Accountant
Base Salary - $85,000 to $100,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:
Oversee all plant-level financial operations, including general ledger, monthly/annual close, and P&L reporting
Develop and manage annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and perform variance analysis
Maintain cost accounting systems: standard costing, tracking labor, material, and overhead variances
Monitor inventory accounting: WIP, cycle counts, scrap analysis, and work with operations to resolve discrepancies
Qualifications of the Senior Accountant:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
5+ years of general accounting experience, manufacturing or cost accounting preferred
