Job Description

A Paraprofessional is needed to assist students and teachers in achieving academic and behavioral success within a structured school environment. This position supports daily lessons, reinforces instruction, and contributes to a safe, organized classroom setting.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in education preferred

Experience working with children or in a classroom environment

Strong communication, reliability, and organization skills

Ability to follow direction and maintain professionalism

Responsibilities:

Assist in classroom instruction and lesson activities

Provide individualized or small group student support

Reinforce classroom management strategies

Prepare instructional materials and assist with student monitoring

Support transitions and ensure student safety throughout the day
