Sales Associate (m/f/d)
Purpose:
Based in the boutique in Prague the role of the sales associate is to maximize the performance of the boutiques through the achievement of sales, profit and strategic objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
The sales associate is responsible for:
the achievement of sales targets
exemplary customer service (incl. claim management and ASS)
providing all necessary information for the customer database as per CRM project
correct visibility inside and outside the boutique
ensure high Quality product promotion
taking care in correct cash in and daily cash count
The sales associate ensures:
Adhesion to Boutique security and loss prevention procedures
Regular inventory controls and random stock checks
Goods-in receipt and stocking. Goods transfer.
Expertise in one selected product category
to communicate in a team building way
to provide information for all reporting tools
proper Boutique maintenance
The sales associates contribute to:
make all Marketing initiatives a success
respect all organisational aspects of the shop floor
maintain the image of the Montblanc boutique as a luxury store
an unforgettable customer event
Profile:
Retail experience
Affinity / experience with luxury
Great selling skills
Team working spirit
Proactivity
Good communicator
Very good Czech language and good English language skills are a must. Other languages welcome.
