Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time Speech Language Pathologist position offers the opportunity to work onsite within a K-12 school setting in Grove City, OH. The role is contracted for the new school year, supporting a diverse caseload of students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify communication impairments.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.

Monitor and document student progress regularly, adjusting therapy goals as needed.

Provide consultation and training to school staff on speech and language development.

Qualifications:

Valid Ohio Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license.

Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage a full caseload and work independently.
