RPh on the Go is seeking a Director of Operations for a respected home infusion pharmacy in Columbus, Ohio.

This role offers the opportunity to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a team focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for implementing operational strategies, optimizing workflow, and collaborating closely with clinical and administrative teams to drive efficiency and quality outcomes.

What Youll Do:

Oversee daily operations of the home infusion pharmacy

Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations

Develop, implement, and optimize operational policies and procedures

Lead and mentor pharmacy and administrative staff

Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care

Monitor key performance indicators and drive operational improvements

Manage vendor and supplier relationships as needed

What Youll Need:

Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or related field; PharmD preferred

Active pharmacy license in the state of Ohio

Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy operations experience, preferably in home infusion or specialty pharmacy

Proven experience managing teams and driving operational efficiency

Schedule:
