Job Description

· Will handle hands on research and development as well as execute material process trials and analyze data

· Will handle documentation, prepare technical reports and assist with new formulations and technologies for sealant products

· Will conduct material testing and support quality control in a lab environment

· Wil act as a team leader/project manager and work with the Director of R&D, engineering team, customers, vendors and other satellite locations on troubleshooting and product issues

Key Requirements

2-5 years of chemical/material testing experience

Documentation experience

Polymers or sealant product experience is a strong plus
