Sunbelt Staffing is looking for an experienced Home Health RN for a full-time field contract in Lewisburg, WV. Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency

Location:Lewisburg, WV,and surrounding areas

Duration: 13-week contract, with possibility of extension

Hours: Full-time, Scheduled 40 hours per week, Guaranteed 32 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm with occasional weekends and on-call duties (typically once per month)

Pay: Negotiable based on territory budget and candidate experience; paid hourly - not by visit; blended pay packages available for travelers

Mileage Reimbursement: .48c visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected

Productivity: 25 per week, 30-32 visits per week

Job Duties:

Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes.

Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.

Educate patients and families on care techniques and health management.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

Document patient care and progress in Homecare Homebase.

Participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend shifts.

Job Requirements:

Active West Virginia RN license.

Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.

Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required.

Proficiency in Homecare Homebase required

Proficiency in Oasis is required.

Oasis Certified strongly preferred.

Reliable transportation for patient visits.

Completion of Joint Commission onboarding upon offer.
