Job Requirements:

Ready to be placed at ASTON INN Tasikmalaya, West Java

Minimum Bachelors Degree in Law, Psychology, or a related field

Strong background in Labor Law and Employment Regulations

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry

Strong leadership skills, high level of commitment, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team

Creative, innovative, detail-oriented, and possessing a pleasant personality

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

Handling end to end recruitment

Identify training needs & develop programs and deliver training sessions on HR-related topics

Develop and update HR policies and procedures

Administer compensation, benefits and payroll programs

Producing HR reports for hotel unit and corporate level
