About the Role
We are looking for French-speaking individuals to join our dynamic team! You will be providing customer support and communication services to international clients all from the comfort of your home. Comprehensive training will be provided, so no prior experience is needed.
Your Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
Provide professional, accurate, and timely support in Italian.
Maintain positive customer relationships by resolving issues efficiently.
Follow company procedures and meet service quality standards.
Requirements
Fluency in French(spoken and written)
Good communication skills in English (for training and internal communication)
Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Required documents (one of the following):
EU Citizenship, or
Full-purpose & Specific-purpose Work Permit Card, or
Certificate of Protection (Refugee Status)
