Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Recruiter & Account Manager to drive both talent acquisition and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be equally passionate about sourcing top talent and maintaining exceptional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, communication, and cultural fit.
Present shortlists to clients with detailed notes.
Act as the main liaison for assigned clients, providing updates and managing placements.
Assist with onboarding and support for hired candidates.
Maintain records in CRM/ATS and track performance metrics.
Continuously improve recruitment and account management processes.
Qualifications:
2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and CRM systems.
Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
Self-motivated and deadline-oriented.
