Marketing Coordinator & Social Media Specialist
Location: Remote (Philippines only)
We are seeking a creative and self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to help us bring our brand to life both online and in the community. This job is ideal for a hands-on marketer with a passion for home design, visual storytelling, and brand development. You'll be the central hub, coordinating our in-house messaging, collaborating with external specialists, and ensuring our image reflects the quality of our work.
At Keycon Construction & Design, we craft high-end residential spaces, especially sleek, mid-century modern, and post-and-beam homes, across the Bay Area. We're looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant who keeps projects and people moving: coordinating schedules, updating systems, and speaking with homeowners with warmth and clarity. If you thrive on checklists, crisp communication, and closing the loop, you'll feel right at home with us.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Maintain and update our website in collaboration with web professionals
Coordinate paid digital advertising and SEO projects with outside vendors
Track marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports
Develop email newsletters and marketing collateral (digital and print)
Assist in promoting awards, customer testimonials, and company culture
Support company branding initiatives and community outreach campaigns
Send & gather client surveys and use them to improve marketing
Manage our Google/Yelp reviews
Create a system for monitoring client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
2 or more years of experience or education in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong writing and visual content creation skills (graphic design experience is a plus)
Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools
Basic knowledge of SEO, digital ads, and email marketing
Organized, resourceful, and collaborative with a self-starter attitude
Must be available to work 8 am - 5 pm Pacific Standard Time
Compensation
This is an independent contractor role through an international payroll provider, not U.S. employment.
Pay range: $6.00 to $8.00 USD per hour based on experience and skills.

Schedule & Collaboration
Remote, outside the U.S.
Required overlap: Minimum 3 to 4 hours/day with U.S. Pacific Time (PT) during Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PT (either mornings or afternoons).
Frequent video/voice touchpoints; clear written updates are a must.
