Job Description

Warehouse Crew Member — Rock Hill, SC

Your primary goal: Get customer orders out the door—on time and accurate—while maintaining our warehouse’s clean, efficient, and team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

Pick and pull customer orders, package and prep them for shipment (manually and by forklift once certified).

Read and interpret printed pick tickets carefully. We do not use RFID scanners; all orders are verified manually. This requires accurate counting, good handwriting, and the ability to make clear notes.

Shrink-wrap boxes and pallets, tape, label, and organize outgoing orders.

Load and unload truck shipments using a forklift or pallet jack.

Perform daily warehouse cleaning and assist with inventory cycle counts.

As part of our operations, you’ll also “kit” or package bulk imported products into finished units — ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality in every kit.

Work with over 2,000 SKUs — understanding detailed product differences (for example, screw type and features) and learning warehouse locations over time.

Apply basic math (addition, multiplication, division) when handling partial cases, bulk repacks, or kitting.

Uphold high accuracy and safety standards that support our reputation for excellence.

What We Offer:

Stable, full-time schedule — Monday through Friday, within warehouse hours of 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. (exact shift coordinated with your manager).

Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits after 90 days.

401(k) Safe Harbor Plan eligibility after one year of employment.

Paid Time Off: 2 weeks accrued annually, plus 7–9 paid holidays each year.

Forklift certification provided within your first few weeks.

A clear, structured training plan so you know what’s expected and how to succeed.

A workplace where you’ll be respected for showing up consistently, working hard, and maintaining a great attitude.

What We’re Looking For:

Someone dependable, organized, and responsive to management direction.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs safely and stand for extended periods.

Comfortable working with paper-based systems and manual documentation.

Detail-oriented and careful when reading part numbers, labels, and product features.

Willingness to learn quickly and work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy.

A positive, team-first attitude — reliability and consistency are key.

Prior warehouse or forklift experience preferred, but not required.

To Apply: Please include your resume and at least two verifiable work references.

Join a company where you’ll be treated like a person — not a number — and where doing things the right way still matters.Company Description

We’re a second-generation, family-owned industrial fastener and distribution company built on reliability and respect. If you take ownership of your work, stay organized with minimal supervision, practice blame-less problem solving, and bring a great attitude every day — you’ll fit right in with our team.
