Job Description
Secret Shoppers/Myster Shoppers will visit assigned retail locations to conduct compliance checks and report findings accurately and promptly. This role helps ensure retailers are adhering to state and federal laws regarding the sale of age-restricted products. Hourly pay plus mileage.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct compliance inspections at assigned retail stores attempting to purchase alcohol or tobacco products as part of an authorized compliance check.
Follow all instructions and protocols provided before each assignment.
Maintain confidentiality of the program and assignment details.
Submit accurate reports within the designated time frame following each visit.
Communicate effectively with the project coordinator or team lead regarding scheduling, findings, and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
Must be between the ages of 21 and 25, per client and legal compliance requirements for participation in alcohol and tobacco assignments.
Must possess a valid government-issued photo ID.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Reliable transportation and availability for flexible scheduling are essential.
Professional demeanor and discretion during assignments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in mystery shopping, compliance inspection, or customer service is helpful but not required.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate per completed assignment.
Mileage reimbursement may apply based on travel distance and assignment location.

This is an independent assignment-based position; schedules vary depending on project availability.
