Job Description

We’re seeking a reliable Reach Truck & Turret Operator to support daily operations in a fast-paced apparel distribution warehouse. This role is ideal for someone experienced with high-reach and turret-style equipment and who thrives in a clean, organized, and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate Reach Trucks and Turret Trucks to move, store, and retrieve apparel inventory from high racks

Pull and stage apparel items based on order specifications

Work in narrow aisles and high racking systems with precision

Use handheld scanners or warehouse systems to log product movements

Assist with inventory restocking, put-aways, and cycle counts

Ensure all workstations and equipment are clean and properly maintained

Follow safety procedures and maintain situational awareness in shared equipment zones

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience operating Reach Trucks and Turret Trucks

Prior experience in apparel or light-product distribution is a plus

Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift

Comfortable working in a fast-moving warehouse with strict pick/pack quotas

Familiarity with RF scanners or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with SKU management

Dependable, punctual, and able to follow verbal and written instructionsCompany Description
