In this pivotal role, youâ ll take full ownership of payroll and benefits administration across the company, and also have the opportunity to mentor and guide one direct report. Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end processing of weekly payroll
Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance
Prepare payroll reports and complete year-end filings
Process Records of Employment (ROEs)
Oversee pension and benefits administration
Lead and implement process improvement initiatives
Manage vendor invoice uploads
Provide support on HR and finance projects as needed
What Weâ re Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle payroll and benefits administration
PCP designation (required)
Experience with Ceridian Dayforce (highly preferred)
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a process-improvement mindset
