Position: Talent Acquisition - DACH (Medical Devices)

About the Role

An international medical device organisation is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. The role focuses on hiring within R&D, Clinical Affairs, Sales, and Marketing, particularly for positions related to structural heart and coronary technologies.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to develop and execute effective hiring strategies that attract top-tier professionals in one of the most innovative areas of medtech.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment across DACH, from role briefing to offer management.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements, create sourcing plans, and ensure smooth hiring processes.

Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and industry events.

Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical and cultural fit.

Ensure compliance with German labour laws and internal policies.

Maintain data integrity and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Support employer branding initiatives and develop talent pipelines for future needs.

Align with global TA teams on best practices and hiring strategies.

Requirements

Native-level German and fluent English.

3+ years’ experience recruiting across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria (additional EMEA experience a plus).

Background in medical device or healthcare recruitment, ideally supporting structural heart (TAVI) or coronary areas.

Experience working with or recruiting for major medtech companies.

Strong knowledge of German labour regulations and local hiring practices.

Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, XING).

Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
