We’re recruiting a Global Product Manager – Feed Additives (including Phytobiotics) to join the company’s headquarters in Eltville, within commuting distance. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the strategic and technical development of a high-impact feed additive portfolio that drives innovation, performance, and sustainability worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the feed additive portfolio, including phytobiotics

• Provide technical and commercial support to colleagues, distributors, and customers

• Drive innovation and applied research initiatives

• Represent the company at key global events and conferences

• Collaborate with international research partners and produce high-quality technical content

Your Profile

• MSc in Animal Nutrition, Animal/Life Sciences, Agriculture, or DVM

• 7–10 years’ experience in feed additives, functional ingredients

Plus product management 4+ years

• Expertise in gut health, antibiotic reduction, or related fields

• Fluent in English (other European languages are an advantage)

• Willing to travel internationally (approx. 30%)
