Job Title: Technical Support

Location: Hilliard, OH, US

Duration: 3 Months

Schedule: Wednesday/Thursday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Every other week)

Hours per Week: 40 hrs (Overtime up to 8 hrs)

Pay Rate (Max): $20/hr to $25/hr W2

Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Technician I to support and maintain the hardware infrastructure for the latest cloud computing server technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical skills, excellent problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced data center environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support server and network hardware infrastructure.

Perform hardware troubleshooting and root cause analysis on servers and network devices.

Execute diagnostics via command-line tools and document resolutions.

Replace or repair faulty hardware components as required.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and uptime.

Operate effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.

Adhere to safety and security protocols when working in restricted data center areas. Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in IT, help desk, or hands-on hardware support.

Solid understanding of computers, servers, and network devices.

Proficiency with command line diagnostics and basic network troubleshooting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (for AWS GovCloud region access). Preferred Qualifications

Experience in data center operations or enterprise IT environments.

Knowledge of hardware replacement, server builds, and network cabling.

Familiarity with Cisco, Palo Alto, or Meraki networking equipment. Benefits Info
