We are hiring a Foreman for a full-time, on-site position based in Jasper, AB, tied to a Fairmont property project.
This project will run for approximately 8-12 months (September 19, 2025- June 2026). As This is a Remote Site, Hotel Accommodation And Meals Will Be Provided . The Foreman Is Expected To Stay On-site For The Project Duration.
Stay throughout the entire project duration The Foreman will lead and execute physical labor tasks.
Responsibilities include supervising the construction crew, managing worksite safety, and ensuring that tasks are executed to the highest quality standards under the direction of the Site Supervisor.

At least 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction, focusing on interior renovations.
Hands-on experience with framing, drywall installation, flooring, tiles, carpentry, and finishing.
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and work orders.
Knowledgeable in construction safety protocols and experienced in identifying potential hazards.
Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with coworkers and subcontractors Good to have prior experience working on historical building renovations or luxury hotel properties (e.g., A forward thinker who takes responsibility, overcomes obstacles with resilience, and is deeply committed to quality workmanship.
Construction and Site Tasks: Prep construction sites by clearing hazards and setting up tools and materials.
Execute tasks such as rough framing, drywall installation, painting, sanding, waterproofing, and concrete finishing.
Assemble scaffolding, shoring, and braces as needed.
Assist with demolition and material handling.
Supervise and guide construction crews, ensuring quality work is completed on schedule Communicate site challenges to the Site Supervisor and propose solutions Collaborate with subcontractors and trades for efficient task completion Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure all team members follow site safety practices Wear and enforce the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Report hazards or safety concerns promptly to the Site Supervisor Basic Health & Safety certifications as per Alberta construction requirements.
