Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An independent retail pharmacy located in downtown Ainsworth, NE, is seeking a dedicated retail pharmacist to serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC). This contract role offers the opportunity to be part of a small but growing pharmacy team, dispensing over 100 prescriptions daily. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing pharmacy operations and may contribute to the design and setup of a new pharmacy location planned within the next 6 to 9 months.
Location:
Bassett, NE (working at the current pharmacy in Ainsworth)
Schedule:
Full-time, MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
30-minute lunch break (1:00 PM 1:30 PM)
No weekends or evenings
Responsibilities:
Serving as the sole pharmacist/PIC on site, overseeing daily pharmacy operations
Collaborating with pharmacy staff, including one technician and one clerk
Ensuring pliance with regulatory requirements
Delivering excellent munity-focused pharmacy services
Potentially participating in the design and setup of a new pharmacy facility
Qualifications:
Active or willingness to obtain Nebraska pharmacist license
Retail pharmacy experience, preferably in a sole PIC role
Strong interpersonal skills and dependable work ethic
Availability for a virtual interview process
