An established home infusion pharmacy is seeking an experienced leadership professional to fill the role of Director of Operations. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to guide and oversee the full spectrum of operations at a dynamic pharmacy location, ensuring excellence in productivity, profitability, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction while supporting the organizations mission and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading daily operations across pharmacy, nursing, intake, and business functions.

Establishing and implementing departmental goals, policies, and operating procedures.

Monitoring monthly P&L data to develop and execute improvement strategies.

Collaborating with Corporate Sales and Development teams to drive business initiatives.

Supporting order generation, compounding, picking, packing, and shipping operations.

Overseeing human resources activities such as hiring, coaching, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

Ensuring strict adherence to local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.

Promoting outstanding service to patients, referral sources, and payors.

Directing performance improvement initiatives and managing incident reporting.

Qualifications and experience desired:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy; Doctor of Pharmacy or Master's degree in Pharmacy preferred.

Minimum of 5 years management experience, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Hands-on home infusion pharmacy experience required.

Familiarity with accreditation processes, quality and performance improvement, and policy development.

Current registered pharmacist license in the state of Ohio.
