An established home infusion pharmacy location is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead and manage all operational aspects of the facility. This key leadership role requires a strategic and hands-on professional who ensures efficiency, profitability, regulatory compliance, and superior patient care, while aligning with organizational goals and mission.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations across pharmacy, nursing, intake, business development, and revenue management teams. The Director of Operations will set departmental goals, develop policies and procedures, and monitor financial performance through monthly P&L data. Collaboration with Corporate Sales and Development teams to drive business strategies will be integral. Additional duties involve managing order processing activities such as compounding, picking, packing, and shipping, along with HR functions including staff hiring, coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions. Ensuring strict compliance with local, state, and federal regulations is paramount, as is championing quality service for patients, referral sources, and payors. Leading performance improvement initiatives and managing incident reporting will also be essential.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy or Master of Science in Pharmacy preferred, from an accredited program.

Minimum of 5 years management experience, preferably within home infusion pharmacy.

Proven expertise with accreditation processes, quality and performance improvement, and policy development.

Current Registered Pharmacist license in the state is required.
