Heavy Civil Superintendent

Well-respected, long-standing heavy civil firm has an immediate need for a Superintendent to join their team.

Supervise crews across multiple projects

Hold a minimum of OSHA 30 certification, with a strong commitment to enforcing all regulatory and corporate health and safety standards; company-sponsored ongoing training is encouraged and supported

Oversee all aspects of project construction from initiation to completion

Serve as the primary liaison between the company and client/customer representatives

Interpret project scope and effectively read and understand plans, blueprints, and technical specifications

Preferred experience with heavy equipment operations and functionality

Provide leadership and clear direction to the project team to ensure successful execution

Accountable for day-to-day project management and ensuring all services are delivered throughout the project lifecycle

Plan, coordinate, and participate in project planning sessions, including pre-design and design meetings

Conduct site inspections and coordinate multidisciplinary design reviews to ensure code compliance and alignment with contract requirements

Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with established goals, timelines, and objectives

Track and manage project expenses to ensure adherence to budget constraints
