Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee all aspects of a Home Infusion Pharmacy location in Ohio. This is a direct hire opportunity for a pharmacist leader who is passionate about driving performance, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

In this role, youll provide leadership across pharmacy, nursing, intake, business development, and revenue management, aligning daily operations with the organizations broader mission and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations across pharmacy, nursing, intake, and business functions

Establish and implement departmental goals, policies, and operating procedures

Monitor monthly P&L data, develop improvement strategies, and drive results

Partner with Corporate Sales and Development to implement business strategies

Support order generation, compounding, picking, packing, and shipping operations

Oversee HR functions including hiring, coaching, evaluations, and disciplinary actions

Ensure compliance with all state, local, and federal regulations

Promote excellent service for patients, referral sources, and payors

Direct performance improvement initiatives and manage incident reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (PharmD or Masters degree preferred)

Active Ohio Pharmacist license (required)

Minimum 5 years of management experience

Home infusion experience required

Proven experience with accreditation processes, quality/performance improvement, and policy development/implementation
