Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A rewarding opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher to support K-12 students throughout the uping full semester. This contract position is based in Lake Jackson, TX, offering a dynamic educational environment where you can make a positive impact on students growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students unique learning needs.
Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to create inclusive classroom experiences.
Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate records and municate progress with parents and administrative staff.
Foster a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere that encourages student success.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid certification in Special Education teaching.
Experience working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Strong knowledge of special education laws, strategies, and best practices.
Excellent munication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Patience, adaptability, and a mitment to student-centered education.
