leading the people integration and change management efforts during the divestment process

bring strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice
are a collaborative team player with excellent communication and influencing skills
are experienced in leading HR in a complex, multi-country environment

are comfortable working with HRIS systems, payroll oversight, and compensation frameworks.
Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
