Procedures: - All IR procedures including angiography

EMR: Epic, Sentrax

Other Info: - Must have experience and the necessary case logs to cover pediatrics

Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active OH License

BC

Interventional Fellowship

Clean Record

Case Logs

Must have experience in Angiography and Embolization
