On-Call Shift Schedule: 1 in 4 rotation

Call Type: In-House; Hotel-based with 30-minute response time

Call Ratio: 1:4

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active Ohio license (IMLC not accepted)

Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

DEA: Active DEA required

Certifications: BLS, ACLS required

Experience: Minimum 1 year in OB/GYN practice

Other Qualifications: Resident oversight experience preferred

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide OB/GYN care including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic services

Participate in 24-hour shift coverage with 1:4 call rotation

Perform OB/GYN procedures and provide patient consultations and follow-up care

Collaborate with APPs, residents, and hospital staff for comprehensive patient management

Ensure timely response to calls with 30-minute response time requirement
