About the Opportunity:

A well-established company in the memorial and monument industry is seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Sales Representative to help families design meaningful tributes for their loved ones.

This role requires someone who enjoys connecting with people, understands the importance of empathy in the sales process, and can guide customers through important decisions with care and professionalism.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

What You’ll Do:

Meet with families in person and over the phone to discuss memorial and monument options

Provide guidance on styles, pricing, and custom designs

Handle incoming inquiries and follow up with leads

Enter basic order details, send emails, and maintain simple digital records

Coordinate with the production and design team to ensure customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or funeral industry is preferred

Excellent communication and listening skills

Empathetic, patient, and detail-oriented approach

Basic computer proficiency (email, order entry, record keeping)

Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
