Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Job Description

Personal injury law firm based in Floral Park, NY, is looking for a litigation paralegal with at least 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities include:

- Drafting S&Cs

- Assist attorneys with preparing and filing pleadings and other court documents on NYSCEF

- Assist with the collection, review, production, and organization of discovery materials

- Draft BPs and discovery responses

- Manage discovery responses, subpoenas, and deposition preparation

Experience with drafting motions is a plus.

Organizational skills and attention to detail are absolutely required! Successful candidates must have good judgment, be able to take initiative, perform work accurately and efficiently, and have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).Company Description
