We’re searching for an experienced Purchasing Manager to oversee all procurement and inventory operations for a well-established, multi-unit hospitality and retail group in the Greater Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge & Guelph area. This includes a full-service restaurant,bakery, and a grocery market.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in grocery, foodservice, or hospitality purchasing—someone who knows how to balance cost control, quality, and supply consistency. You’ll be responsible for vendor negotiations, contract management, and maintaining reliable supplier relationships while ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stock systems across multiple locations.
We’re looking for a strategic thinker who can forecast needs, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. You’ll work closely with operations and finance to support daily business needs and long-term goals.
