Are you a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in ServiceNow? We’re looking for a Principal Engineer – ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade ITSM, Security Incident Response (SIR), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions.

What You’ll Do:

Architect scalable ServiceNow solutions that drive automation and digital transformation.

Lead technical discussions, gap analyses, and solution designs across ITSM and IRM modules.

Collaborate with integration teams to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise platforms.

Ensure compliance with SOX/GxP regulations and validation processes.

Stay ahead of the curve with AI-driven features and platform innovations.

What You Bring:

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM and/or IRM).

6+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.

Strong scripting and integration skills (REST, JSON, SOAP).

Deep understanding of ITIL, risk/compliance frameworks (NIST, SOX), and GxP validation.

Experience in validated environments, ideally within regulated industries.
