VIE - Life Sciences Recruiter

As a Life Sciences Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing our life sciences projects portfolio and ensuring the successful delivery of engineering services. You will play a key role in recruiting top talent to support client needs.

Key Activities:

- Support our Business Management team in identifying and recruiting top talents for current and upcoming projects in the life sciences industry

- Oversee the full recruitment cycle: sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, preparing salary offers and ensuring candidate follow-up

- Participate to local and international meetings to better understand activities at group level and encourage collaboration across our different entities

- Support Employer Branding initiatives to enhance our visibility and attractiveness as an employer

- Update recruitment tools and KPIs dashboard

Your profile :

- Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Human Resources, Languages, or Communication

- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously

- Curious and proactive, with a willingness to explore business trends in the Pharmaceutical industry

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Fluent in French and English is mandatory

- A first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in recruitment or other HR-related topics is a big asset
