Are you passionate about quality and eager to make a visible impact on production?
If so, we’re looking for you to join us as a CX Solutions Analyst!
We haven't told you who we are yet.
We are a family-owned Belgian company that has been a leader in architectural elements for walls for over 50 years.
From our headquarters in Ostend, our innovative products are available across Europe, from Paris to Köln, London, Barcelona, Slovakia, Lecco, and beyond.
Our commitment to sustainability is at the heart of everything we do.
Sustainability is a core value that guides our choices - for our planet, people, and community.
We believe in a world in which digital technologies and data enhance the customer experience.
A solid digital backbone combined with strong local teams is a powerful mix for our growth.
At ORAC, we’re on a mission to elevate our digital experience—and we’re looking for a curious, hands-on CX Solutions Analyst to help us get there.
You’ll ensure our web platforms and content systems are stable, scalable, and ready to grow with us.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to translate business needs into smart, integrated digital solutions—always with the customer experience in mind.
We’re looking for someone with a technical mindset and a solid first experience in web content management and Ecommerce support.
You don’t need to know everything yet—but you do need the drive to learn, improve, and grow alongside our digital and marketing teams.
As CX Solutions Analyst at ORAC, you’ll manage user accounts across our Ecommerce and PIM platforms, ensuring secure access and system integrity through regular audits and coordination with business owners.
You’ll onboard new users, provide training, and act as a go-to expert for CX processes and best practices.
You’ll serve as second-line helpdesk support, requalify tickets, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues efficiently.
You’ll also help transition basic support tasks to the IT operations team and guide them toward autonomy.
You’ll validate system updates through rigorous testing, ensuring stability and business continuity, especially in Ecommerce and PIM environments.
You’ll contribute to CX projects by analyzing solutions, executing test scenarios, and supporting successful releases.
You’ll evaluate change requests, align them with business needs and technical standards, and collaborate with fellow analysts to design scalable solutions.
You’ll also monitor platform performance, implement improvements, and support data-driven decision-making through reliable web tracking and structured analytics delivery.
You hold a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
You’re skilled in testing and validation processes to ensure platform stability.
You continuously improve UI/UX and manage web content with precision.
You communicate clearly—both in writing and speaking—and create user-friendly documentation in English.
