About The Opportunity
We are looking to appoint a new Site administrator based in Port Lincoln. The Site Administrator will support the efficient operation of construction sites by handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and assisting with site reports. This role involves coordinating communication between site management, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing general support to the project team. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential in this fast-paced construction environment.
Key Accountabilities for The Position Will Be
Ensures compliance and adheres to ACCIONA systems and standards where relevant.
Maintain and apply all relevant standards, policies, guidelines, and legislative requirements necessary to support responsible decisions and courses of action.
Ensures compliance with all relevant WHS legislative requirements.
Ensures that all written correspondence complies with Acciona and Project Procedures
Prepares and distributes agenda, notices, and minutes of Meetings as requested.
Works with the Commercial Team to provide contract administration support.
Ensures that contract files are handled appropriately to ensure the security and confidentiality of their contents.
Liaise with other Administration personnel as required to ensure project administration standards are being maintained.
Relieves receptionist and provides support as required.
Assists site staff with secretarial support as required including presentations and the formatting of documents.
Liaises with the IT Team regarding site IT issues.
Obtains information to prepare reports and manages the completion of monthly reports where required.

Prepares reports and/or documentation as required and directed.
Plan and schedule own work to meet required timelines and outputs understanding requirements and clarifying as appropriate.
Maintain effective liaison and communication with all levels of the project management team, visitors, and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
Preferable 2 years related experience.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others.
Experience with MS Office suite of applications in particular Word and Excel
Excellent and clear communication – verbal and written.
High attention to detail
Must be customer-focused, team-oriented, accountable, and results-driven.
Strong administrative and time management skills
Good at multi-tasking and demonstrates sound judgments, including balancing competing issues.
Must be energetic with a positive can-do attitude.
Self-confident and ability to persuade, convince, or impress others to gain their commitment and cooperation to a course of action.
Ability and willingness to adapt, quickly learn, and use new skills and knowledge brought about by rapidly changing structure, process, information, and/or technology.
