Junior helpdesk support

We are searching for a Junior helpdesk support person.

Requirements:

Relevant experience working in a IT helpdesk or similar IT support environment and solving customer issues.

Relevant IT support qualification

Sound verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information and prepare user support documentation.

Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise task.

Attention to detail.

Innovative thinking.

Trouble shooting.

Working effectively in a team environment.

Ability to build and maintain sustainable relationships.

R 8000-10000 per month.
