You have a background in Reception/Administration and will be focused on the following day to day:
Front of house Receptionist duties focusing on customer service. Physical and telephone queries front of house; meeting room collation and organisation; coffee making and greeting.
General administration using Microsoft packages, working with a dedicated administration team.
Handling client queries
Filing and scanning of documents
We’re looking for:
A knowledgeable Receptionist/administrator with proficiency in MS packages and efficient typing skills
Organisational skills
Client service
Communicate well (written and oral fluency in English essential)
7500 per month plus company incentives.
