JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy

Certified Public Accountant is a plus

With at least 3 years Supervisory Experience

With at least 1 year experience in Managerial

Can start as soon possible Job Responsibilities:

Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to Finance team members.

Prepare and review all PEZA-mandated reports and requirements.

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.

Develop, implement, and maintain finance-related internal controls, policies, and procedure
