JOB REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor's Degree holder With at least 2 years of experience as a Trainer in a BPO Set Up. Has experience as a Tech Support is an advantage Amenable to work on shifting schedule Amenable to work on site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify training needs. Provide on-floor follow-up assistance to maintain learning and enhance performance. Exhibits a course design approaches. Exhibits content creation and upholds proper approach. Creating and managing multicultural teams Handling conflicts Admin task as doing reports Plan trainings while making the most of the resources at hand Assures timely execution of the training strategy and delivery.
