1. Job Overview
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead automotive electronics HUD product projects. The role involves overseeing all project aspects, from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Close cooperation with cross - functional teams, customers, and suppliers is essential.
2. Key Responsibilities
2.1 Project Lifecycle Management
Create detailed project plans with timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Monitor milestones and manage changes.
Coordinate cross - functional teams, review progress, and handle risks and issues.
Ensure a smooth transition from development to production.
2.2 Customer Requirement Management
Understand customer HUD requirements and translate them into project plans.
Be the main contact for customers, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.
Collaborate with sales and marketing for market insights.
2.3 Technical Coordination
Work with R & D and engineering on technical feasibility.
Solve technical problems and stay updated on industry tech trends.
2.4 Supplier Management
Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance and optimize the supply chain.
2.5 Quality and Compliance
Develop and implement quality plans.
Ensure compliance with automotive industry regulations and manage product testing.
2.6 Risk and Cost Management
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Manage budgets and conduct cost - benefit analyses.
3. Qualifications
3.1 Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields. Master's preferred.
3.2 Experience
At least 5 years in project management, preferably in automotive electronics, especially HUD development.
Proven success in managing complex projects.
3.3 Skills
Strong project management skills and proficiency in relevant tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team - building skills.
Technical knowledge of automotive electronics and HUD systems.
Good problem - solving and decision - making abilities.
Knowledge of quality management.
Proficient in English.
3.4 Certifications
PMP or equivalent is highly desired. Other relevant certifications are a plus.
4. Working Conditions
