About the Role

We are currently seeking a Junior Investment Analyst (m/f/d) to join our client’s Investment Team in Düsseldorf. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for real estate to kickstart their career in investment.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the team in analyzing and evaluating real estate investment opportunities

Building and maintaining cash flow and financial models (Excel-based)

Assisting with due diligence and preparing investment memoranda

Conducting market and asset-level research to identify new opportunities

Working closely with senior team members on deal structuring and execution

Your Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field

Strong financial modeling skills (cash flow modelling experience required)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset

Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)

Genuine interest in real estate and investment
