An internationally active industrial company with a globally oriented HR organization is looking for reinforcement in the area of HR Digitalization & Systems.
In this key strategic role, you will take responsibility for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module and actively shape the further development of a harmonized, international HR system landscape.
Your tasks
Product responsibility for SuccessFactors Employee Central, including governance, compliance, and data quality
Advising and supporting global HR process owners in the further development of processes, data structures, and workflows
Managing improvement initiatives in close cooperation with IT, HR, and external implementation partners
Deriving recommendations for action from complex data sets and reporting analyses
Ensuring regulatory and data protection requirements are met in the context of HR digitalization
Your profile
Successfully completed degree with a focus on economics, HR management, or IT
Several years of experience in the SuccessFactors environment, especially in Employee Central
In-depth knowledge of HR data management, ideally with experience in international implementations or rollouts
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work
Excellent English skills, German skills are an advantage
