Hours: Full-time 48 hours per week Wednesday–Sunday (mix of day & evening shifts, 1 double per week)

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join the brigade. You’ll take ownership of the larder and pastry sections, working closely with a respected Head Chef to maintain high standards and contribute creative input to the menu.
This role suits a chef who values precision, seasonality, and a genuine respect for ingredients — with the drive to learn, develop, and grow in an ambitious kitchen.
Your Role
Run the larder and pastry sections, maintaining consistency and excellence in every service
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to 2 AA Rosette standard
Contribute to menu ideas and seasonal specials
Take responsibility for ordering, stock control, and section organisation
Maintain kitchen hygiene, efficiency, and professionalism
Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and wider team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
About You
Experience as a Chef de Partie in a 2 AA Rosette or Michelin Guide–listed kitchen
Skilled across larder and pastry, with creativity and attention to detail
Passionate about seasonal British produce and traditional cooking methods
Reliable, calm, and professional under pressure
A strong team player who contributes to a positive kitchen culture
Keen to grow within an expanding, well-respected hospitality business

One double shift per week (two during peak periods)
