We are looking for a Mid-Level Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and support our digital transformation and platform automation journey. In this role, you will contribute to the implementation of automation workflows, support migration efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality cloud solutions. You will foster a culture of continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated operations in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will deliver automated implementations of existing and new architectures using best practices across key areas such as scalability, observability, and security.

Overall responsibilities:

Implement scalable, efficient, and secure public and private cloud solutions.

Collaborate with architecture, development, operations, and security teams to create seamless CI/CD pipelines.

Migrate existing workflows to modern automation and orchestration engines.

Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement in application and system deployments.

Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration to reduce manual interventions.

Develop reusable building blocks for domain applications.

Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across various platforms.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of cloud computing infrastructure on AWS and private cloud solutions.

Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture and transformation patterns.

Solid knowledge of container and container orchestration services (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).

Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation tools: Terraform, Ansible.

Familiarity with GitOps principles and tooling (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux).

Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins.

Familiarity with Platform Engineering principles and tooling (e.g., Backstage).

Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing.

Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace).

Experience with or interest in Cycloid, Terraform, Ansible, and monitoring

Experience with REST APIs, monitoring, and integration platforms including API Management and messaging solutions.

Solid understanding of network and security fundamentals.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Effective communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Possession of EU/NATO security clearance or Polish citizenship and the ability to undergo verification in order to obtain EU/NATO security clearance.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud/DevOps roles with a proven track record of implementing cloud services.

Strong portfolio of successful cloud projects and innovations.

Professional certifications in cloud platforms and cloud-native technologies are highly desirable.

Experience working in cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills.
